This website is dedicated to the consultation for Comer Homes proposed redevelopment of the North London Business Park.

As you may be aware, the previous application for the North London Business Park was approved by the Planning Inspectorate in 2018. Since then, Comer Homes has carefully revised the proposals in response to Inspectorate’s decision. Our virtual exhibition will outline the proposals for new housing, a school, public space and landscaping.

Previous Consultation Events

The team held several events on this website so residents can view and comment on the proposals. This included a Virtual Exhibition and two webinar sessions. The consultation ran for two weeks from Tuesday 20^th April until Tuesday 11^th May. You can still view the consultation content on the Virtual Exhibition page.

Two webinar presentations were also held so residents could receive a presentation on the proposals for the NLBP and put questions directly to the project team. The time of these dates are shown below.

Consultation Update

Barnet Council have reopened the consultation for the proposals for NLBP after receiving a number of additional reports. If you would like to view or comment on the application, then please click here.
